Read the NYTimes article “What’s Wrong With Cinderella?” I googled the author of the article, Peggy Orenstein. I couldn’t get the link through the New York Times website. This provactive article is quite good as it makes you think about Princess culture and I’m sure Daffy Duck at Disney and all the other characters are taking notice…and probably loving the publicity whether bad or good. (The article cost $4.95 to download). – it was a great read and she is a fascinating writer to follow further especially in her writings about women whether you agree with her or not…..Many thanks to my friend Percy for bringing it to my attention….
