Course Learning Outcomes:


Class dates: February 28, March 6, 13, and 20. 


Bolster recruiting in the marketplace by learning to identify, retain, and develop team members through gender-balanced practices. The goal of the course is to create a better work environment for all employees by learning to implement inclusive, culture-building best practices.


The course will include interactive interviews with HR and Legal experts, and subject matter experts. We review relevant case studies to identify and build effective gender-diverse management, hiring and retention practices. The course examines strategies for strengthening teams and profits as a whole while highlighting human resource and communications best practices.

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

- Apply appropriate communication methods in support of gender equity and diversity within one’s workplace structure.

- Implement action steps to reward a gender-balanced, inclusive, and productive culture

- Identify effective strategies to develop and retain inclusive leaders with high potential for professional growth

- Retain and cultivate a learning and development culture, inclusive of diversity and thought.
