Broussard Global produces internal communications, e-Learning and dialogue to engage and unify Highgate Associates in its People First culture. We designed the company’s internal brand Opening Doors Together and employee-run High Impact Groups to align with Highgate’s goals and values. Highgate has succeeded in cultivating high standards of inclusivity, unity, cultural awareness and wellness.

The Chili's Brand Story
The concept and brand direction of Chili’s came out of a distinctive label of the late 80's eatery's called “Fern Bar and Grill” (code for a bar with extraordinary food served by wait staff at tables). You could feel comfortable going alone and meet someone special.
The Chili atmosphere was decorated ‘bespoke style’ by one young woman traveling in a van around the country, as in the original American Pickers.
The Brand and restaurant personality were unique, so the executions had to be
unique. The tagline was wordsmithed. "NO PLACE ELSE”
The industry term "fast food segment" all had jingle music. Chili’s music was a track
embedded under dialogue. (not jingle)
Bringing it up (not jingle), because the owner, Norm Brinker, took us to lunch (test kitchen) to try a new menu item. Baby Back Ribs! The iconic a cappella version of “I want my baby, I want my baby, I want my baby back ribs” was born out of a One Hit wonder group that was the copywriter Richie Kahn and I muse.
